A guided sensory + energetic alignment experience.

This journey is designed to support you week by week as you shift perception, build mindful habits, and realign your mind, body, and soul.
Through in-person energy sessions, intuitive conversation, sensory tools, and ongoing support, you’ll root into awareness and rise into flow — with guidance that keeps you accountable, attuned, and connected to your growth. 

Choose your pace:  $222.00 per week (we call them cycles)
3 weeks to shift awareness
6 weeks to build new patterns
9 weeks to anchor lasting change

Can be paid weekly or in advance.  When paid in advance a 10% discount will be applied

• (1) 2-hour Root-n-Rise in-person session each cycle

• (1) Follow-up integration email after session

• 2 text check-ins per cycle
  Mon–Fri • one check-in message + one follow-up response

• Sensory + mindfulness practices personalized to your needs

• Emotional + energetic support between sessions

• Also included- Root & Rise Aromatherapy Mist

• an additional session or in person "support"  is available upon request (ask for details)
